Pricing There are no minimum orders, and all quantities over six are quoted (discounts may apply). The price of the product includes the etching of one side; a charge of $1.50 minimum will be added to etch the opposite side of an item unless quoted otherwise. (Added charge is based on quantity, size of material used and product or item being etched). We can special order Glassware, Bar ware and Coffee Mugs in different styles beyond what we show, with a one case minimum order. Stone and Granite products are by Quote Only based on size, weight, material, and layout or design. Online orders will be confirmed by phone or e-mail. When you check out please fill out all contact and shipping information required. In the box provided, Include the Information or Description of the Design to be etched on the product. After submitting your order we will make personal contact with you to confirm your Product Choices, Layout or Design, Shipping and Payment Method by phone, fax, or e-mail. Please make sure your e-mail address and phone number are accurate or your order may be delayed. Payment Method We accept Master Card, Visa, or American Express but we do not ask for credit card information online. After we receive your order we will contact you by phone or by e-mail for payment information.Please make sure your e-mail address and phone number are accurate. Photos, Artwork and Designs We use a Photo Stencil System to produce our products. Final artwork must be Black and White. (BLACK IS ETCHED) We offer hundreds of clip-art images, logos, designs and lettering styles ( fonts ) to personalize the product for any occasion, sports theme, award or event. We will use logos, designs or artwork that you provide, at our discretion, but a Design or Clean Up Fee May Apply. File Format: We can accept your image files in JPG or TIF only. Please DO NOT use PDF files. PDF files cannot be easily modified. Please scan images at 600 dpi. or better; the bigger and cleaner the image is you send, the better the final design will be. To have a Photo Etched, you must send the photo for us to scan, (Color or Black and White). (We will return all photos with the finished product). OUT-OF-FOCUS OR BLURRY PICTURES WILL NOT WORK. Production and Shipping We will attempt to contact you within 24 hours of receiving your order to confirm everything. Most orders will ship by UPS Ground within one week, but some products may take up to 17 working days to be shipped from the time we confirm your order. We will make every effort possible to ensure you get your order on time. Order Cancellation You may not cancel the order after the order status has been changed to "Shipped" or "Completed". You may not cancel the order if your order is delayed or lost in transit. We have no control after the package is picked up by the carrier. Shipping Policy and Shipping Charges Please use care when entering your contact information and shipping address. If you enter an incorrect address and a package needs to be re-shipped, you are responsible for all cost to re-ship plus a $5.00 handling fee. Only when the item or items are put in a box with packing protection and wrapped, the actual shipping weight is known. At that time the complete order is invoiced. All packages are self insured by us up to $100.00. Insurance on a package valued above $100.00 will be added to shipping charges. Shipping Transit Time: UPS Ground - up to 5 days across continental USA. 2 Day and Next Day Shipment (Please call us at 330-638-7417) No International Shipping. We reserve the right to change and choose other carriers if the shipping cost and delivery time is not adversely affected. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY SHIPPING CHARGES OR HANDLING FEE BE REFUNDED Damaged Products Please inspect all contents upon receipt. You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of damaged merchandise at 330-638-7417. In order for us to file a claim for any product damaged in shipping, you must keep the damaged item or items and the original packing material until the claim is processed. We will not be responsible for replacing any damaged product if we cannot file a claim. Return Policy Please read the description of the item carefully. Please make any inquiry before you place the order. All sales are final. Items are returnable only if we ship the wrong item or if the item was defective. Incorrect items will be replaced. Defective items will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. Please be sure to contact us if you have any problem. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
